The Thameslink programme has been remodeling the track and signalling infrastructure in and around London Bridge for the last 4 years, and is now focused on major commissioning’s in August and December 2017.

Balfour Beatty is contracted to Network Rail for the PC role, as well as Design and Build of track, electrification and minor civil engineering works. TXM have provided road rail plant to the project over this period, delivering a wide variety of services and managing complex logistics needed for the delivery, working, servicing and general management of plant across a four mile geographical area. The innovation of the Monster Cranes has made a significant impact to the teams’ ability to install large signal structures without the need for road mobiles, reducing cost and impact on local communities. TXM also actively support the drive for Zero Harm, actively engaging in Safety Leadership Team and local events, and bringing and promoting innovation in this area.
