TXM Plant is proud to have retained its Gold Plant Reliability Award on Network Rail’s Route to Gold scheme, as a result of the company’s ongoing commitment and performance to Network Rail’s RPP (Rail Plant Performance) System.

The initiative aims to promote collaborative working behaviours, reduce costs caused by re-work and embed a culture of continuous improvement within the rail industry.

Brian Reynolds, CEO, accepted the award, “We are delighted to have retained Gold on Network Rail’s Route to Gold scheme, showcasing the hard work and determination of our teams across the UK. We will continue to keep improving on our record providing reliable plant that delivers strong shift performance in collaboration with customers.”
