Steph joined TXM in early May 2021, bringing a wealth of experience, previously working with WeBuyAnyCar, as European Commercial Manager and most recently UKFast, a £25M EBITDA tech business, as Director of Commercial Finance. Here, Steph introduced data function to help develop business analytics and strategic planning capabilities.

While the recent market conditions within the industry have been challenging, TXM has continued to preserve its infrastructure, investing in Plant & Depots, and also its People to ensure a clear focus on providing excellent customer service. Despite these difficult times, TXM has continued to deliver significant growth, which has supported the investments.

Meeting Brian (CEO) and understanding his vision for the business made me eager to be a part of that journey. There is an incredible amount of opportunity here, and I am hoping to be able to inject some of the experience gained in the tech and e-commerce industry to help TXM accelerate that growth.”
