Richard first joined TXM Plant as safety advisor in 2006 after a long and successful 24 year career serving with the Royal Engineers and a period gaining valuable experience working as a Safety Quality and Environmental Assistant for First Engineering (now Babcock).

Richard has an obvious passion for assurance and safety with over a decade of experience and an NEBOSH certification to his name. Working closely with the compliance department, Richard’s primary focus has been to provide exceedingly competent and safety conscious personnel for our worksites and clients, a goal which the department consistently meets and strives to exceed.
