National Apprenticeship Week is an annual celebration of apprenticeships across the country.

TXM Plant supports this annual campaign, designed to recognise and applaud the success stories of individuals across the company. Within the business, we have several apprentices, at different levels of their programme, who have worked hard to thrive in the rail industry. 

We believe in attracting and retaining the best talent from across the UK, investing in and inspiring future generations. #BuildtheFuture is the theme for this year, focusing on how employers train, retain and achieve with apprentices. National Apprenticeship Week is an important and exciting time for young people, opening doors to a rewarding career in rail. 

Throughout the week we have used this opportunity to promote the successes of our apprentices, highlighting the huge benefits they have brought to the company as well as educate those who are thinking about taking on an apprentice. TXM Plant works hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people. We believe in building careers, encouraging our people to truly expand and build upon their skill set. Through on the job learning, you’ll be supported by a fantastic team, with a structured training and development plan designed to allow your talent to shine through.
