Start your journey with TXM Plant

TXM Plant works hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people. We believe in building careers, encouraging our people to truly expand and build upon their skill set.

Through on the job learning, you’ll be supported by a fantastic team, with a structured training and development plan designed to allow your talent to shine through.

Rail infrastructure is an integral part of the country. We aim to identify talented individuals who can bridge the skills gap, expanding their knowledge and skills through our structured programme. As well as learning the fundamental skills needed for a successful career in rail, with state of the art equipment and facilities, our people are taught a versatile range of transferable skills, including health and safety, communications, and team building.

Our apprenticeship programme allows our apprentices to ‘learn while they earn’ with valuable, hands-on experience and insight into the rail industry. Post-apprenticeship, we continue to value and upskill our workforce, with further training available for those who wish to maximise their potential with TXM Plant.

Our apprenticeship programme launches in March 2021. If you’d like to register your interest or have any questions, please email Recruitment@TXMplant.co.uk or ring 01908 991 936. Meet some of our award-winning apprentices here and follow our social channels @TXMPlant
