In July 2023, despite a record number of nominations, TXM Plant was thrilled to congratulate two of our superstar apprentices, representing us as well-deserved finalists at the 2023 Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA) Stars of the Future Awards.

William Wood and James Beatson were announced as finalists at the awards due to their hard work and determination. At TXM Plant we know how important it is to nurture and invest in our people so we can bridge the skills gap and provide the next generation with the practical skills needed to excel, providing opportunities to work on major projects nationwide.   

The CPA Stars of the Future Awards are highly esteemed, celebrating excellence in our sector and recognising the hard work of apprentices, honouring the future of the Plant Hire Industry.

Once again, a huge congratulations to William and James – their attitudes and work ethic are second to none; we look forward to seeing how their careers and futures develop at TXM Plant. A big thank you also to William and James’s mentors who have worked tirelessly to equip all of our apprentices with the skills required to work on our machines and equipment.
